Has anyone ever heard of or used this software? I used to use the bootleg version in my youth, but lately I've been using the Steam version. Only downside is the software lags up in fullscreen mode. I'm not sure if the bug will ever be fixed.

If you like Dragon Quest, this is a great engine to make games very similar to that style.
